Colectiva Wellness & Healing creates safe healing spaces for those who experience stress, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, generational, systemic and ancestral trauma. Colectiva will develop customized plans for individuals who are committed to their healing journey, or in need of spiritual guidance. We also offer a variety of wellness workshops, classes, retreats and community healing circles.

All bodies, all minds and all Spirits have the birthright to heal. We offer healing services through a trauma-informed, resilience, intuitive and heart-centered approach. Colectiva is guided by the trauma-informed principles of: Safety, Choice, Collaboration, Trustworthiness and Empowerment.

Colectiva Wellnes & Healing is committed to providing affordable and accessible healing offerings to Queer, Transgender, Non-Binary, Black, Indigenous, Latinx and People of Color.

Colectiva Astro Energy Healing Sessions & Reiki Treatments

I create a safe and empowering space for you to de-stress, reduce anxiety, release and bring healing & balance to your emotional, physical, energetic and spiritual bodies. This session includes a variety of modalities such as: Reiki Energy Healing, Angel Healing, Cord Cutting, Aura Cleansing, Chakra Balancing, Sound Healing and Intuitive Healing Guidance. Along with using your birth chart to provide astrological guidance.

Don’t be surprised if your Guides or Ancestors come through to provide additional medicine and healing. Via Zoom or Phone. Session is 90 minutes.

I am also available for 60 minute Reiki treatment sessions for pre & post surgery, birth, newborn, grief and overall wellness support.

Reiki Level 1 & 2 Classes

Learn the ancient, Japanese healing art of Reiki, channeling the Universal Life Energy through your hands! Activate your energy healing potential by receiving attunement and training for Reiki 1 & 2 level classes from A’dahi Baira Usui Reiki Master Teacher. A’dahi Baira has over 20 years experience with Reiki and teaching students for 6 years.

Reiki enhances the healing of any physical, emotional or spiritual disease. Reiki is a wonderful tool used alone and enhances other modalities. Reiki helps to bring balance to our energetic centers, relieves pain, encourages mental clarity, reduces anxiety and stress. Learn the history of Reiki, the Usui lineage, how to heal yourself, others and pets. Once activated the energy flow is instantly available to you for the rest of your life. Each participant will receive a Reiki level attunement, manual and certificate.

Spiritual Salt Baths

Do you have any areas in life you need support in letting go?

Are you interested in having a personalized, healing bath made just for you? Spiritual bathing is an ancient practice and tradition from many cultures around the world. Water is perfect for cleansing and purifying the old to create space for the new. Every salt bath is beautiful, customized & intuitively made with a variety of medicinal essential oils, herbs, flowers, crystals and lots of Love.

Each bath is Prayed, Blessed and Reiki infused just for you. Ingredients, description and instructions are sent to the purchaser. Baths range from $40-$65.

House Cleansings & Blessings

Are you moving into a new place? Does your current space feel heavy, exhausting or simply needs a good old fashioned clearing and blessing? Colectiva collaborates with Julie Todd from JustJulie in this offering where we provide all of the supplies to cleanse and bless your home. Working with herbal allies and sound to clear, and music & singing to bless the space. Blessing process includes clients infusing their wishes, hopes, dreams and intentions into every room in their home. Please inquire for this service, and know we are being safe during the pandemic and limiting number of guests

Women’s Wellness & Healing Dance Session

Join Colectiva in this special offering of wellness and dance to get into our bodies, heal, move and thrive together in community! To create a safe space for attendees this is for Women identified folx only.

Come shake out, dance out, scream, breathe, release, heal, center and invoke your inner joy during the process. We will not allow collective trauma to steal our joy or health.

The monthly wellness and dance session includes breath-work, stretching, dance and a self-care wellness takeaway. Please note this session is for ALL BODIES – disabled and able bodies. Wheelchair accessibility to space. Participants are encouraged to dance, move slow or be still.

Colectiva Wellness & Healing has proudly collaborated dance parties with author and activist, Sonya Renee Taylor and singer/songwriter, activist, Taina Asili.

Community Circles

Looking for astro geeks or moon obsessed folx who enjoy connecting with the earth and community? Join Colectiva for seasonal and lunar community healing circles! Honoring the sun and lunar cycles. Colectiva creates a safe container where people learn and heal together through astrological, elemental, ancestral and earth honoring practices.
